Training

Part of SemaFox commitment to customer care is to provide regular training to the users of our software. We regularly offer training seminars via the internet (“webinars”). If you would like to participate to a webinar make sure you have access to a computer with a broadband internet connection and a telephone with a hand free device. You need to register at least three days before the scheduled date. Space is limited to 10 participants so register early if you can.

To register send an email to training@semafox.com indicating your name, telephone number and the date you would like to attend.

Instructions to Attend a Webinar

15 minutes before the scheduled time of the webinar you should:

  • Point your browser to http://www.gotomeeting.com
  • Click the button “Join a Meeting”
  • Accept to download and install the small program presented to you
  • Once the download is complete, you will be asked for a meeting ID. Enter the meeting ID that was e-mailed to you after you registered.
  • Call the conference call number that was e-mailed to you.

Call if you have difficulties. Please note that we will not be able to assist you if you call after the webinar has started.
